👉 Comment UNMANNED and I’ll send you my full map of Seoul’s self-service stores, by neighborhood. (Only works if you follow @chrisbg ) I walked into a store in Seoul at 2am. No cashier. No staff. No one. Just me and the fluorescent lights. This isn’t rare here. It’s everywhere. Korea’s “manless” stores jumped over 300% in five years. It started with ice cream and snacks. Now it’s clothes, pet supplies, diet food, even fresh meat, all self-serve, most of them open 24 hours. Meanwhile Amazon Go is quietly shutting the same idea down in America. So why does it work here? One reason. Trust. Korea is so safe you can leave your phone on a cafe table, walk away, and find it right there an hour later. That honor system is the whole thing. It’s efficient. It’s futuristic. And honestly, a little lonely. But it tells you something real about this country most travelers walk right past. I mapped the ones actually worth trying, from the walkable Ikseon trail to Seongsu’s robot cafes. Comment UNMANNED and it’s yours. 🇰🇷 #무인매장 #koreatravel #seoultravel #visitkorea
