To be honest, I’ve always wanted to have a champagne explode when I opened it. Just for the fun of it. I can’t be the only one. When @boksoondoga sent me some makgeolli, their champagne of makgeollis, I told my husband to ready the camera and don’t stop for anything. PSA: You will lose 75% of the rice wine if you just open it this way. Don’t be like me. Boksoondoga is my absolute favorite Korean rice wine.
