A secret beach HK locals don’t want you to know about. Shek Pai Wan is the longest beach on Lamma Island, and because it takes a hike to get here, you’ll have the entire coastline to yourself once the sun goes down. Perfectly framed by massive granite boulders and completely free of city noise. HOW TO GET THERE: ⛴️ Take the ferry from Central Pier 4 to Sok Kwu Wan (~30-40 mins). Follow the paved path on your left past the seafood restaurants toward Mo Tat Wan. Continue on the coastal trail past Mo Tat New Village. You’ll hike through lush greenery and pass old traditional villages. Total hike takes about 35-45 minutes from the pier on a mostly flat, easy concrete trail! Tip: There are no public facilities or lifeguards here, but there’s a small local village kiosk nearby for cold water and snacks. 🚨 Reminder: Pack out all your trash and leave this beautiful beach exactly how you found it! 🔖 Save this for your next HK weekend adventure! #DiscoverHongKong #HKTravel #HiddenBeach
