Navigating Qing Dai Stream（青大石潤，also spelled Tsing Tai Stream) with my team today. It is one of Hong Kong’s most unique and highly regarded stream trekking routes. We originally planned to hike from Ha Pak Nai, but the river water level was way too high. We ended up taking a shortcut from Siu Hong instead and missed out on the broken dam-but honestly, a journey with this group of people makes it completely worth it anyway! SHORT CUT ROUTE 🚊 Siu Hong MTR Station EXIT C1, transfer to the Light Rail (Route 505, 615, or 615P). 🚞 Drop at Leung King Station 🥾Walk up the paved trail towards Leung Tin Au which goes past the famous “Tuen Mun Grand Canyon”. 🛑 Once you reach the top of the pass at Leung Tin Au, you can take the rugged dirt trails on your left heading northwest that descend into the valley towards the upper forks of the Qing Dai Stream. #streamtrekking #hongkongadventures #adventure #adventurewithfriends #hongkong
