When you order ramen, you get their special omu-fried rice (with a fluffy, runny egg on top) for FREE! You can also choose plain rice, but seriously—why would you skip the fried rice?! 🤣 I ordered the Pork Hormone Abura Soba—packed with tender, bouncy pork offal. The thick noodles soaked up the sauce perfectly.
