First time ever trying hot pot and honestly… unreal. Went with @livewellwitharielle and we absolutely overdid it in the best way. If you’re vegan, you can choose mushroom broth, tomato broth, or mix both. I panicked and mixed both because commitment issues. Loaded it up with all the vegetables, every type of tofu and bean curd I could find, and then discovered the real star of the show: the sauces. You make your own sauce.
