⚡️THE HOGWARTS EXPRESS IS BACK! ⚡️ Calling all Potterheads 🪄 The Jacobite Steam Train is officially running again for the season from 1st June, and yes… this is the real train that crosses the iconic Glenfinnan Viaduct featured in the Harry Potter films 🚂✨ I can’t believe I missed it for a month! So now I am working out how can I get back 😅 Before you go, here’s what you need to know: 📍There are TWO viewpoints: One that gives you the most famous angle, but be prepared for a 10-20 minute slightly uphill walk depending on your pace. And another where you can also see the Loch Shiel in the background. ⏰ Arrive EARLY! This place gets incredibly busy, especially during summer. Even without the train running there were a lot of people! 🚂 The train usually passes the viaduct multiple times a day during the season, with morning and afternoon services, at 10:45 am, 1:15am, 3:00pm and 5:45pm ✨ Whether you’re a Harry Potter fan or simply love beautiful Scottish scenery, this is one of those bucket-list experiences that genuinely lives up to the hype.
