Seoul Spring Festa is a cultural festival that happens every year here in Seoul. It is made up of a variety of events to enjoy like k-pop concerts, fashion shows and k-food experiences. This year, they held a 5k night walk, which was basically a neon lit parade through Seoul that began AND ended with a k-pop concert.
