While everyone is hunting the “hidden gems” & “non-touristy spots” like crazy - which I of course love to do too - I still think the most popular sights are worth visiting! 🙌🏼 They’re central, offer stunning views and they usually show the essence of the city you’re visiting. Of course there are many people and often tickets are overpriced, but still I would always recommend “Seoul-first timers” to go there at least once for previously mentioned reasons, but also because there are usually fun activities, other sights or events around them too ❤️ 1️⃣ GYEONGBOKGUNG PALACE: Guard Changing Ceremony, Hanbok-Experience, K-Culture Museum, National Folk Museum, Gwanghwamun Square,… 2️⃣ N SEOUL TOWER: Namsan Hike, Cultural Performance, Love Locks, Great Souvenir Shop, Namsangol Hanok Village,… 3️⃣ BUKCHON HANOK VILLAGE: Bukchon Traditional Crafts Center, Hanbok Experience, Kimchi Academy, Insadong, Art Museums & Galleries,… 4️⃣ LOTTE WORLD TOWER: Lotte World, Lotte Mall, Seokchon Lakes, Wooden Ring Making, Drawing Cafe, Sky Bridge Tour,… 5️⃣ BANPO RAINBOW FOUNTAIN: Yacht Tour, City View, Bike Rental, Shinsegae Department Store, Events at Sevit Islands,… #korea #seoul #sights #hiddengem #gyeongbokgungpalace #namsan #lottetower #bukchon #banpobridge
