Restaurant culture 🇩🇪 vs 🇰🇷! What is it like in your country? Which restaurant type do you prefer? 😆 In Indonesia 🇮🇩 we also tend to call out to the waiter to get their attention, like in Korea 🇰🇷. In Germany 🇩🇪 and the surrounding countries, (loudly) calling and raising hands to waiters would be impolite. Subtlety and eye contact are better. 😅 Free side dishes and water are common in Korea, but not in Indonesia or Germany.
