▼Spot info▼ 📍Itsutsu by Wakuden @itsutsu_kyoto 🥢About Itsutsu is a soba and cuisine restaurant by Wakuden, one of Kyoto’s leading Japanese restaurants. Here you can enjoy exceptional soba and seasonal dishes in a welcoming room that embraces guests with calm generosity. The signature soba is handmade by artisans with buckwheat carefully selected from regions across Japan and ground on a stone mill. Only four percent binder is added. The water, which is essential to the flavor of soba, is drawn from the well of Shinjuan, a subtemple of Daitoku ji. Everything was truly delicious. I look forward to returning. 🗺️Address 28 Unrin-in, Murasakino, Kita-ku, Kyoto City 🚃Access By Train: From JR or Kintetsu Kyoto Station, transfer to the Kyoto Municipal Subway Karasuma Line and get off at Kitaoji Station.
