
I got some rare banchan from a chef in Tongyeong who specializes in regional Gyeongsang cusine. This jaepi jangajji reminded me just how dynamic and bold some flavors in Korea can be. And these days, I see comments and hear people say that Koran food has very little variety and flavors, which absolutly drives me crazy!
