unknownndestinationn — Belfry of Bruges

Back in 2024, while travelling around Northern Europe, we ended up visiting the “Venice of the North” — and the best part is it’s actually one of the easiest weekend trips you can do from London 🤍 Bruges genuinely feels like stepping into a fairytale — cobbled streets, canals, medieval buildings, quiet bridges, and little cafés everywhere you look. It’s one of those places where you don’t really need a plan. Just walking around already feels special. You can find @eurostar tickets from around £39 one way — and Bruges works perfectly for a long weekend or even an overnight trip from London. A few spots we’d recommend: ⟟ Markt Square ⟟ Belfry of Bruges ⟟ Rozenhoedkaai ⟟ Bonifacius Bridge ⟟ Minnewater Park ⟟ Burg Square ⟟ De Halve Maan Brewery Save this and add Bruges to your Europe list 🤍 @visitbruges @visitflanders #bruges #brugesbelgium #belgiumtravel #eurostar #weekendtrip Things to do in Bruges | Bruges travel guide | Weekend trips from London | Belgium itinerary | Fairytale cities Europe | Hidden gems Europe | London to Belgium | Eurostar destinations | Bruges itinerary | European city breaks
