chocolatebaruk have just landed in London and I’ll give it to them, the location is unreal. Sitting right by Tower Bridge with that view? 10/10, no notes. It’s a bean-to-bar chocolate factory and you can build your own hot chocolate, which sounded like a dream to me… especially because I usually love anything chocolate. But this one didn’t fully hit for me. The hot chocolate leaned more milky than rich, and the marshmallow moment was… confusing (burnt on the outside, still raw in the middle) maybe a smaller size would have been better. I’ve tried others like the one at Mercato Mayfair or the CinCin ones and the marshmallow is on point! That said, this is just my opinion. The concept is cool, the space is beautiful! Moral of the story: even a chocolate lover won’t love every chocolate, and that’s okay 🍫🤍 Save this for a Tower Bridge stroll!
