rcee_xandrahrain — Sai Kung Public Pier

High above the blue, taking in the iconic “Goldfish Wagging Tail” view. 🌊✨ If you’re looking to escape Hong Kong concrete jungle, this uninhabited hidden gem in the Sai Kung Geopark is an absolute must-visit. How to get there: • 🚤 Speedboat: From Sai Kung Public Pier, you’ll need to charter or pre-book a speedboat split-boat to drop you off on Jin Island (around a 15–20 minute ride). • 🥾 The Hike: Once you land on the rocky shore, it’s about a 1-to-1.5-hour hike through the bushes up to this viewpoint. The trail can be steep, overgrown, and exposed, so wear good hiking shoes and long trousers! 💡 PRO TIP: The ridge where this photo/video is taken is very narrow, exposed, and can get incredibly windy. The need for sturdy shoes is a must. #jinisland #explore #explorehongkong
