I’ve had this place bookmark forever before I finally got to go last month! 🤩 Here are some tips if you want to visit this epic beach swing: 📍 The location is simply Davenport Pier on Google Maps. It’s about 1.5 hours south of SF and 20 minutes north of Santa Cruz 🚗 There is free parking along the freeway 🥾 You have to hike/rappel down a pretty steep cliff to get to the beach and there is a rope to help you. I recommend hiking shoes or sneakers to make it easier. I saw some people do it in flip flops but that’s definitely not safe. Going back up is a lot easier than going down! ❓The swing may or may not be there all the time and it may have 1 or both chains. Apparently it gets taken down or broken from time to time.
