LOCATION ⬇️ Save this post for your next South Island adventure 🚢🌊 This was my first time cruising with @cruisemilford, and I was completely blown away... No words can accurately describe the scale of this place. ☔ Milford Sound is incredible year-round, though honestly best on a rainy day when thousands of temporary waterfalls appear and the vibe is moody and dramatic. 🚐 The public car park is about 10 mins walk from the terminal. Parking fees apply. 💦 It’s a boutique small boat cruise (~1 hour 45 mins duration) best suited for those who want to avoid the massive crowds. Just remember to bring a good raincoat and protect your camera gear, as the skipper brings the boat right underneath Stirling Falls for a "glacial facial."
