In Yountville, behind Ad Hoc, you’ll find @adhoc_addendum, a casual joint by chef Thomas Keller, who launched 3-Michelin Star French Laundry and began a culinary empire in Napa (and more specifically: Yountville, the small town in Napa County/wine country which most locals just refer to as “Napa” for short). . We came and ate here recently and while I liked the crispy fried chicken, I actually think the po boy is what stole the show for me this time! .
