yooinkyoto ā Uji

A day in my lile in Kyoto š±About Wazuka is a village nestled in the mountains of southern Kyoto, known as the home of Uji tea. It is a quiet, small town where waves of green tea fields stretch across the hills, and the craftsmanship of tea artisans is still very much alive. It takes about an hour from central Kyoto, but the beauty of the tea fields spreading out before you is truly impressive. Visiting Wazuka made me feel a renewed sense of gratitude and respect for the farmers whose dedication and skill bring us such high-quality tea. ā ļø Caution ⢠Tea fields are private properties. Please do not enter them. ⢠Do not touch tea leaves or equipment. ⢠Do not take photo from close distance during farming.
