Everyone warns you off eating beef in Myeongdong, and most of the time they’re right. Taecho Galbi is the exception. Beef aged over several days, grilled and explained at your table, a stack of banchan, and proper craft makgeolli. Two of us couldn’t finish it, and the price was fair for the quality. The dinner to book after a long day shopping. 🍜
