: Just when I thought I’d seen all the gems in the Bay Area — @macarena.group arrived and absolutely raised the bar. Located in downtown Palo Alto, this newly opened Spanish restaurant (opened on February 2025) isn’t just stunning — it’s a whole experience. The space is effortlessly elegant, with design details that feel both modern and vintage. Everything we tried was so delicious and full of flavor — I kept thinking, “This has to be the best dish on their menu,” and then the next one would come and I’d be like, “Okay no, THIS is it!” We, of course, had to try their signature paellas — I went with the vegan one, and it was insanely good! Other must-tries are Patatas Bravas, eggplant Chips (perfectly crispy and seasoned) and the Gorgonzola Cheesecake — totally out of this world. Like, next-level dessert.
