: Milford Sound in New Zealand is often referred to as the “Eighth Wonder of the World” due to its stunning natural beauty and dramatic landscapes. This nickname was coined by the acclaimed author and poet Rudyard Kipling, who was captivated by the awe-inspiring scenery when he visited the area. The sheer cliffs, cascading waterfalls, pristine waters, and surrounding rainforests make Milford Sound a breathtaking natural wonder and a must-visit destination. I had the pleasure of visiting this breathtaking landscape in partnership with @envyexperiences and @cruisemilford. The entire journey, from the drive to the cruise experience, was incredibly smooth and offered stunning scenery. We chose the last cruise of the day in Milford Sound, and it was uncrowded to the point that it felt like a private cruise. @cruisemilford guided us past numerous waterfalls, and we had the chance to observe penguins and seals along the way. Unfortunately, the dolphins were a bit shy that day and didn’t come to greet us. The highlight was when @cruisemilford took us right under a thundering waterfall, drenching us completely!
