🤔When do you eat pickles? In Korea pizza is always served with pickles. We had a hard time with cheese, butter, and other rich western foods. but it goes down better when there’s something to cut through the richness. 🍕So the pizza companies give out pickles for this purpose. and it’s not just pizza, you can find pickles easily with pasta, Tteokbokki, and Dakgalbi. 🥬Not only pickles but kimchi also cut those flavors well. So when I was a kid pasta was served with Kimchi in the restaurant(I’m not joking) 🤔My big question is... if you don’t eat with those.
