unknownndestinationn — The Midsund Stairs

This hike is officially in our top 3… 👀⛰️🥾 To get here from Molde, we took a bus, a ferry, and then another bus. Around 50 minutes of travelling just to reach the trailhead. Was it worth it? Absolutely. The Rørsethornet hike features 3,292 stone steps, making it one of the longest continuous stone staircases in the world, built by a team of Sherpas from Nepal who have helped create mountain trails across Norway. And that’s what surprised us most… Usually, a hike has one viewpoint at the end. This one feels like a viewpoint the entire way up. Mountains, islands, fjords and tiny villages scattered across the coastline — it genuinely felt like every time we turned around, the view got even better. By the time we reached the top, we both agreed: This isn’t just one of the best hikes we’ve done in Norway. It’s one of the best hikes we’ve done anywhere. All the aerial shots in this video were filmed on our DJI Mini 3 Pro 🚁 @djiglobal @dji Definitely one to save for your next Norway trip 🇳🇴 #norwaytravel #norwayhiking #visitnorway #molde Norway hikes | Midsund staircase | Norway cruise port | Molde day trips | Best hikes in Norway | Norway viewpoints | Fjord Norway | Hidden gems Norway | Norway travel guide
